cancellation/no show policy

1) Late For Appointment: If you are late for your appointment, you are still able to receive the remaining allotted time of your appointment slot, but you will still be responsible for the full price of your service (ex. if you are 15 min late for a 60 min service, you will receive the remaining 45 min of your allotted appointment time, but will still be charged for your scheduled 60 min service). After 45 minutes has passed, your appointment will be marked as No Call/No Show. If I am late for your appointment, your service start time will be adjusted so that receive your full service time.

2) Rescheduling Appointment: You may reschedule your appointment 1 time with no required deposit if you give at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or reschedule a previously rescheduled appointment for a 2nd time, a $30 deposit will be required. If you reschedule the same appointment for a 3rd time, payment in full is required at time of rescheduling. Rescheduling fee also applies if you are using a Groupon for your service and reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. If I cancel/reschedule your service with less than 24 hours notice, a complimentary service enhancement will be added to your service.

3) No Call/No Show: An invoice for 50% of missed service(s) will be sent within 24 hours of missed appointment. Two No Call/No Shows will result in prepayment being necessary when scheduling for 6 months. Three or more No Call/No Shows and you will be blocked from booking any future appointments. If you are using a Groupon for your service, your voucher will be redeemed and you will be required to prepay for your next service.

4) Menstruation: I am comfortable performing intimate wax services during menstruation if the client wears a clean tampon or diva cup ONLY. You may reschedule your intimate wax services 1 time with less than 24 hours notice with no required deposit if you are uncomfortable with receiving an intimate wax service while menstruating.

5) Special Notes for Groupon Users:

• Please provide Groupon redemption number or a screenshot of voucher at time of booking. If booking online, add redemption number to "appointment notes" or text a screenshot of your voucher to (443) 692-7575.

• Please note that Groupon vouchers are intended for use by NEW CLIENTS ONLY. Please inquire about sales/packages for future discounts.

• If your voucher is expiring before your appointment date, please inquire about prepaying for your appointment by redeeming your voucher beforehand

• If your voucher is expired, it can still be redeemed for the paid value of your voucher. You can choose to put that paid value towards a shorter service or pay the difference between the paid value of your voucher and the total cost of your service (for example: if the paid value of the voucher is $60, you may select a shorter service valued at $60 or pay the cost difference between the voucher's paid value and the price of the longer service).
